Welcome to My Bhumi Heritage. By booking a tour with us or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and an enriching experience for all our guests.
To confirm your spot on a tour, an initial deposit is required as mentioned in the tour details.
For tours above ₹20,000, a minimum of ₹20,000 must be paid at booking; the balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
Payments can be made via NEFT, IMPS, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance).
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and the completed registration form.

30 days or more: 10% of total tour cost
16–30 days: 50%
8–15 days: 75%
0–7 days: 100% (No refund)
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: bookings@mybhumiheritage.com
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Custom tour cancellation terms may vary and will be outlined separately.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid government-issued ID (Passport or Voter ID for Nepal and international travel).
My Bhumi Heritage provides guidance on visa and documentation requirements but is not liable for any delays or denials by authorities.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen situations.
Insurance is not included in the tour cost unless explicitly mentioned.
All meals provided on our tours are vegetarian.
If you have specific allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking so we can try to accommodate your needs.
We cannot guarantee full allergen-free environments, but we will do our best to assist.
My Bhumi Heritage reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, local events, safety concerns, or force majeure.
In the rare event of tour cancellation by us, participants will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future tour.
My Bhumi Heritage acts only as a facilitator between the traveler and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.) and cannot be held liable for any acts, delays, losses, accidents, injuries, or damages caused by third parties.
We are not responsible for any expenses due to illness, hospitalization, missed flights, or loss of property.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, locals, guides, and the environment.
We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the tour, without refund, in case of disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
Photos taken during the tour may be used by My Bhumi Heritage for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, kindly inform our team in advance.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
