Cancellation Policy
• If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason within specified time limit such cancellation will
attract cancellation charges stated hereunder. – Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour
cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation. –

• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned
authority. – Air tickets issued on special fares are NON-REFUNDABLE and guest shall bear cancellation
charges. – Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the
respective authorities.

•  Cancellations Should Be Informed To The Company Via Emails Only & The Cancellation Charges Will
Be Calulated On The Day Of The Email.

Important Travel Information

  • An original passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of arrival or Indian Voter’s Id is mandatory for travel to Nepal.
  • Guests are required to comply with the vaccination and health regulations as applicable by the destination country at the time of travel.
  • For both domestic and international flights, baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline’s policy. Any excess baggage will be chargeable and must be borne by the traveller.
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.
  • If a participant chooses not to participate in any planned or complimentary activity, no refund or cash compensation will be applicable.
