Depart from Pune / Mumbai by late evening train towards Badami, marking the start of a heritage journey. Participants from Other cities Should reach either on previous night or By 8am at Badami

Cancellation Policy: 

  • If a guest cancels the tour within the specified time limits, cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned above.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total tour cost and will depend on the date of departure and the date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport tickets (air, rail, etc.) will be applicable as per the rules of the respective authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are non-refundable, and the guest will have to bear the applicable cancellation charges.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed only after the company receives the same from the respective service providers.
  • All cancellations must be informed to the company via email only, and charges will be calculated based on the date of receipt of the email.

Important Travel Information:

  • An original passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of arrival, along with sufficient blank pages for visa and immigration stamps, is mandatory.
  • Tour cost is subject to change based on fluctuations in foreign exchange rates (USD).
  • Visa for Cambodia will be arranged by MyBhumi Heritage under the Visa-on-Arrival facility.
  • Guests are required to submit their passport and photographs as per the specified guidelines.
  • Guests are required to comply with the vaccination and health regulations as applicable by the destination country at the time of travel.
  • For both domestic and international flights, baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline’s policy. Any excess baggage will be chargeable and must be borne by the traveller.
  • The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible.
  • If a participant chooses not to participate in any planned or complimentary activity, no refund or cash compensation will be applicable.
  • Travel light carry a Medium-sized four-wheel suitcase, ideally one per person. A compact four-wheel suitcase is well-suited as cabin baggage.
  • Keep a crossbody bag or haversack for daily essentials, especially during sightseeing.
  • Always Pack a cap/hat, sunglasses, Sunscreen for outdoor comfort.
  • Make sure that you have packed your routine medicines. 
  • If travelling during monsoon or to rainy destinations, carry a compact umbrella or poncho
  • For international travel, a universal adapter is recommended for charging devices
